On-Site and Remote Fees
Our Server ESSENTIALS and PREFERRED monthly plans and our Desktop ESSENTIALS plan do not include a service contract where we attend site or remote to your system. For customers on these plans we offer discounted IT services that can either be pre-purchased in hour bundles or pay as you go.
For Server ELITE, Desktop PREFERRED and Desktop ELITE customers, you pay no extra per hour for us to attend your site physically or remotely to rectify standard issues.
For all levels of service, if you experience any issue related to loss of system (such as fire, theft, vandalism, etc) we will advise you of the hourly rate that will be charged as this falls outside the scope of our standard monthly fees.
For all levels of service, if you experience any issue related to a third party provider outside of our recommendation and inclusion in your service contract, you will be charged for us to assist with the rectification of any service issues caused by the third party.
